4 c. sweet potatoes-mashed

1 c. brown sugar

4 eggs

1 stick melted butter

1 c. whole milk or light cream

1 t. salt

2 t. vanilla

2 t. lemon juice

½ t. (or more) cinnamon

 

Mix and place in sprayed 9x13 dish. Top with one of the toppings below or marshmallows. Bake @ 350 – 400 degrees until hot.
